We provide talent sourcing, screening, and placement services on a best-effort basis. Fees, guarantees, replacement terms, and refund conditions are governed strictly by a separate signed agreement between Gavira and the client — not by these Terms.
3. Service Disclaimer
We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance, retention, or long-term employment success. All hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
4. User Submissions
By submitting an inquiry or uploading a file, you confirm the information is accurate and that you hold the legal right to share any job description, requirement, or third-party personal data contained in it. You are solely responsible for content you upload.
5. Uploaded Files
Files must comply with allowed formats and the stated size limit (10MB). We do not guarantee uploaded files are free of malware; you upload at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, design, logos) is owned by Gavira Consultants Private Limited and protected under applicable Indian IP law. No content may be reproduced without written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Indian law, Gavira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. This does not exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the DPDP Act.
